My 4 year old son and I had back to back appointments. My teeth got cleaned and x-rayed and the doctor looked at my son's teeth. He didn't even look at my x-rays or examine my teeth. We were there for an hour and a half and that's all that was done. My son sat in the chair for 30 mins with no one touching his teeth! Do you know how hard it is to keep a 4 year old from jumping out of the dentist chair!? The office had no time management. When I asked what was taking so long, they said the hygienist was working on someone else's teeth. Why couldn't she have cleaned my son's teeth before the doctor came in. We will not be back! They had no regard for my time. This was our second visit there. Our first visit was not like this. It went smoothly for both my son and I. One positive: the hygienist was very thorough when she cleaned my teeth. I wish my son would have gotten the same treatment. Also, the doctor that saw my son is the owner and he heard how upset I was about our visit. I saw him go into his office that is by the front desk. He hid like a coward and never came out to apologize. (His door was cracked open so I knew he heard what was said.) Our first visit was not with the owner, Dr. Enaya. It was with the Asian dentist, who was very nice! Maybe that was the difference between the two visits.
